You retain ownership of all content you post on Meeloop, including posts, photos, videos, stories, comments, and messages. By posting content, you grant Meeloop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

You can share posts and stories with your friends. Stories are temporary and will be automatically deleted after 24 hours. You are responsible for ensuring your posts and stories comply with these Terms.
Meeloop allows you to send text messages, share files, and make audio/video calls with other users. Do not use these features to harass, spam, or send unsolicited commercial messages.
The Loops feature is only available to users aged 18 and above. By using Loops, you agree to:
You can limit the number of connection requests you send per day as determined by Meeloop.
You can save posts to custom folders for personal reference. Saved content is private and not visible to other users.
When using meme templates, ensure you comply with copyright and fair use laws. Do not use templates to create offensive or harmful content.
Meeloop and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Meeloop and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Our trademarks, service marks, and logos may not be used without our prior written consent. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software.

Meeloop reserves the right to review, monitor, and remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may also take action against accounts that violate these Terms, including:
You can report violations by other users through the in-app reporting feature. We will investigate reports and take appropriate action.
Meeloop may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites.
When you use SSO through Facebook or Gmail, or when you share content to other platforms, those services' terms and privacy policies apply.
Meeloop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We do not screen users and are not responsible for the conduct of users on or off our platform. Exercise caution and good judgment when interacting with others, especially in the Loops feature.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meeloop and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meeloop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use Meeloop will immediately cease, and your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate. We may also terminate inactive accounts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of Meeloop after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using our services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Meeloop shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts having jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Meeloop regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements.
